GB/T 6052-2025 “Industrial Liquid Carbon Dioxide” is primarily intended for liquid carbon dioxide products used in industrial applications. According to the standard’s explanatory notes, its applicable industries include: industrial gases; gas filling stations; welding and metalworking; metallurgy and casting; chemical production; refrigeration and dry ice manufacturing; fire protection; oil and natural gas; water treatment and environmental protection; greenhouse agriculture, and others. In particular, in the welding and metalworking sector, carbon dioxide is commonly used as a shielding gas in gas-shielded welding processes.
